Crate Washing Line Worker

This is a practical, hands-on role where you will be directly involved in the cleaning, inspection, sorting and preparation. Your work will include placing crates onto the conveyor line, monitoring the washing process, stacking cleaned crates for drying, removing them after the drying stage and preparing them for palletizing.

Functions / Duties

• Unstacking creates and pre-washing loading.
• Sorting: Organizing crates by size and type.
• Separating broken crates from those that can be washed.
• Removing debris, old labels, barcodes, or branding tags prior to washing.
• Grouping stacks onto pallets, shrink-wrapping them, and moving them to the designated "clean" storage or dispatch area.
• Cleaning working premises after work.
