Farm Assistant | Vegetable Farm

This is a practical, hands-on agricultural role where you will be directly involved in the harvesting, cleaning, sorting and preparation of fresh Lithuanian vegetables.

Functions / Duties

• Harvesting carrots and cabbage during the season
• Cleaning and sorting freshly harvested vegetables
• Removing damaged or unsuitable produce
• Preparing vegetables for storage and further distribution
• Working with harvesting and cleaning equipment when required
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized
• Following farm safety and quality standards
• Working efficiently as part of a team

What we are looking for

• Reliable and responsible workers
• Good physical fitness, as the job involves outdoor and manual work
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work in different weather conditions
• Previous agricultural or farm experience is an advantage, but training can be provided
